New Delhi: In order to make asset documentation a robust and real-time process, the Airports Authority of India (AAI) has signed an agreement with NTrustInfotech — Anarock Consortium on May 30 for asset rationalisation, lease administration and related services on a pan-India basis through cutting edge Lease Administration Technology.

The agreement is signed for a period of 3 years. Speaking on the occasion, S Suresh, Member (Finance), AAI reiterated that this pact will help AAI in rationalising its assets, thus making use of the best potential of land and properties and making asset documentation a robust and real-time process. Anil Gupta, Executive Director (Land Management & Business Development), AAI said that by engaging NTrustInfotech — Anarock Consortium who are the global industry leaders, specialising in the delivery of technology-enabled services — AAI which is managing 129 airports all across the country will be able to identify the best potential of land assets which in turn will improve revenue stream for AAI. This will also bring in transparency, better management control and monitoring of costs for AAI.
