Who will take over as Secretary of Revenue in GoI?

Going by the whispers in the power corridors of Delhi, the position of Secretary of Revenue will either go to GC Murmu or Dr PD Vaghela. Both are Gujarat cadre officers belonging to the 1985 and 1986 batches respectively. Murmu was principal secretary to Narendra Modi during his tenure as CM of Gujarat. He is Additional Secretary in the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, at present.
