ACC appointments: here is the list of new Joint Secretaries

New Delhi: Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointments of a number of officers as Joint Secretaries in the various Ministries
  1. Jaya Dubey, a Central Civil Services (CSS) officer, has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances.
  2. Ashutosh Jindal, an IAS officer of Tripura cadre, 1995-batch, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat.
  3. D Sai Amutha Devi, and Indian Post & Telecommunication Accounts and Finance Service (IP&TAFS) officer of 1995-batch has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Secretary (Security), Cabinet Secretariat.
  4. Mamta Upadhyaya Lal, an Indian Ordnance Factories Service (IOFSA) officer of 1989-batch, has been appointed as Additional DG, BIS under the Department of Consumer Affairs.
  5. Praveen Kumari Singh, an Indian Railway Personnel Service IRPS officer of 1993-batch has been appointed as Additional Secretary (JS level), CVC.
  6. Puneet Aggarwal, an lAS officer of Tripura 1998-batch, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Textiles has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Defence.

  9. Praveen N Gedam, an officer lAS of Maharashtra of 2002-batch, has been appointed as Deputy CEO (JS level), National Health Authority, under the Department of Health & Family Welfare.
  10. Neeta Prasad, an Indian Forest Service (IInfoS) officer of 1991-batch, has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Higher Education
  11. Kamini Chauhan Ratan, an lAS officer of Utter Pradesh of 1997-batch, has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Higher Education.
  12. Satya S Lolla, an Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer Customs and Central Excise (C&CE) of 1991-batch, has been appointed as Joint Secretary, NATGRID under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
