New Delhi: Adani Road Transport Ltd (ARTL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, has said on Friday that it has received two separate Letters of Award (LoA) for two orders from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). While one pertains to the development of six-lane 'Badakumari-Karki section of NH-130-CD' road on Raipur-Visakhapatnam economic corridor in the state of Odisha, the other involves six-laning of National Corridor NH-19 from Panagarh to Palsit from 521.120 km to 588.870 km (Total design length 67.750 km) in West Bengal under Bharatmala Pariyojana to be executed on BOT-(Toll) basis, the company said in two separate regulatory filings.

For the Odisha project, Adani Group company's bid project cost is Rs 1,160.10 crore and the length of the project is 47.5 kilometres. The construction period is two years and the operation period is 15 years. The project will be undertaken under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) mode, as issued by NHAI.

NHAI's estimated project cost for the West Bengal order awarded to Adani Road Transport is Rs 2,020.93 crore. The project's length is 67.75 km and the concession period will last for 20 years, including the construction period of 2.5 years. 

"With this project award, Adani Group will have a total of 10 NHAI road projects under HAM, Toll-Operate-Transfer (TOT) and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Toll basis in the states of Chhattisgarh, Telangana. Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Kerala, Gujarat, West Bengal and Odisha," said the company in the regulatory filing.
