New Delhi: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Mohit Soni as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Minister for Housing & Urban Affairs and Power, Manohar Lal, in the Ministry of Power.
According to an official order issued from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Soni, a private individual, has been appointed on a contract basis at the level of Deputy Secretary. His tenure will be for a period of four years from the date of assumption of charge, or on a co-terminus basis with the Minister, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
