New Delhi: Dr Ajay Kumar (IAS) has been given additional charge as Private Secretary to Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoPNG). Earlier, he was serving as Private Secretary to Dharmendra Pradhan in the Ministry of Steel only. According to an order from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), he has been given additional charge as PS to Dharmendra Pradhan in Petroleum Ministery on co-terminus basis with the Minister for a period up to July 14, 2024, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Dr Ajay Kumar is a 2006-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of Gujarat cadre. He is currently serving as Private Secretary to Dharmendra Pradhan in the Ministry of Steel.
