Ananjay Kumar Tiwary appointed as DS in Dept. of Drinking Water & Sanitation

New Delhi: Ananjay Kumar Tiwary has been selected for the appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation under the Ministry of Drinking Water & Sanitation. According to an order from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Tiwary has been appointed to the post under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever event is earlier.

Tiwary is an Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer of 2012 batch. He was recommended for the Central deputation by the Department of Revenue. "He may kindly be relieved of his duties immediately with instructions to take up his new assignment in the Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation,' the order further read.
