Anuj Kumar Singh (IRSEE) has been appointed as Joint Secretary (Director level) in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), Delhi

New Delhi: Anuj Kumar Singh (IRSEE) has been appointed as Joint Secretary (Director level) in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), Delhi. The appointment has been made under the Central Staffing Scheme for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever comes earlier.

Singh is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer from the 2009 batch. His selection for Central deputation was recommended by the Ministry of Railways. Following his appointment, he has been directed to assume his new role at UPSC with immediate effect. Consequently, he is to be relieved of his current duties at the earliest to facilitate a smooth transition.

With extensive experience in the railway sector, Singh's expertise is expected to contribute significantly to UPSC’s administrative and operational framework.
