Anuradha Thakur (IAS) gets tenure extension as AS in Ministry of Corporate Affairs

IAS officer Anuradha Thakur, who is currently posted as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has been given tenure extension for six months

New Delhi:  IAS officer Anuradha Thakur, who is currently posted as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), has been given tenure extension for six months on her current role. Thakur is a 1994-batch IAS officer of Himachal Pradesh. Prior to joining as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in February 2022, she was posted as Additional Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat.

"The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for extension of entrustment of additional charge of the post of Director, Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO), Ministry of Corporate Affairs to Ms. Anuradha Thakur, IAS (HP:1994), Additional Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs for a period of six months beyond 31.01.2023 or until further orders, whichever is earlier," an order from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) said.
