The Central Government has approved the appointment of Ashutosh Niranjan (IAS) as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME)

New Delhi: The Central Government has approved the appointment of Ashutosh Niranjan (IAS) as Deputy Secretary (DS) in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME).

According to an order issued from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Niranjan has been appointed to the post under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever event takes place earlier.

Niranjan is an a 2010-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of Uttar Pradesh cadre. “He may kindly be relieved of his duties immediately with instructions to take up his new assignment in the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises,” the order further read.
