New Delhi: Davinder Suman (IFoS) has been selected for the appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation under the Ministry of Jal Shakti.

She is an Indian Forest Service (IFoS) officer of Assam cadre. She was recommended for the for Central deputation by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.

According to an order issued from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Suman has been selected for appointment for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever event takes place earlier.
