New Delhi: Deepak Ranjan, an Indian Economic Service (IES) officer of the 2012 batch, has been selected for appointment as Director in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in Delhi under the Central Staffing Scheme.

According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Ranjan was recommended for central deputation by the Department of Economic Affairs.

His appointment will be for a period of five years from the date he assumes charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
