Govt has approved the appointment of Ramesh Verma (IAS; AGMUT) as Director in the Department of Youth Affairs (My Bharat Division)

New Delhi: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Ramesh Verma (IAS; AGMUT) as Director in the Department of Youth Affairs (My Bharat Division).

As per an order issued by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Verma has been appointed under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of five years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier

He was recommended for Central deputation by the Ministry of Home Affairs. The order directed that he be relieved of his present duties to take up the new assignment in New Delhi.
