New Delhi: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved a series of key appointments at the Joint Secretary and equivalent levels across various ministries and departments on Saturday. These appointments are made with immediate effect for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Here is the full list:

Petal Dhillon (IRTS, 2002) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Commerce, replacing Anant Swarup (IRPS, 1992).

Abhinav Gupta {IRS (C&IT) (2004)}, has been appointed as Additional Director General at Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), replacing SC Agarwal {IRS (C&IT, 1994)}.

Santosh Kumar Verma {IRSS (1995)}, has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Consumer Affairs, replacing Vineet Mathur {IPoS (1994)}. The appointment includes a temporary upgrade of a vacant post of Director for two years.

Samar Nanda {IRS (C&IT) (2004)}, has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Culture, replacing Mugdha Sinha (IAS) (RJ: 1999).

D Anandan (IAS) (SK:2000), has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Expenditure, replacing Amit Singh Negi, IAS (UD:99).

Madhu Rani Teotia, IAS (UT:2008), has been appointed as Additional CEO (JS level) of National Health Authority (NHA), under the Department of Health & Family Welfare, for a combined tenure of seven years until October 4, 2027, replacing Basant Garg, IAS (PB:2005).

Sanjay Mehrishi, IOFS (1991), has been appointed as Joint Secretary at National Health Authority (NHA), under the Department of Health & Family Welfare, replacing Basant Garg, IAS (PB:2005).

Vijay Nehra, IAS (GJ:2001), has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Health & Family Welfare, replacing P. Ashok Babu, IAS (AM:2003).

Praveer Kumar, IA&AS (1999), has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, replacing Deepak Agarwal, IAS (UP:2000).

Ajay Nagabhushan Mn, IAS (KN:2004), has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting. His post has been temporarily upgraded from Director to Joint Secretary level for two years.

Sanjay Chilwarwar, IRSSE (1997), has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, replacing Lalit Bohra, IRTS (1998).

Udit Agrawal, IAS (GJ:2008), has been appointed as Joint Director at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie, under the Department of Personnel & Training, replacing Radhika Rastogi, IAS (MH:1995).

Pankaj Kumar, ITS (1991), has been appointed as Joint Secretary (Logistics) at the Department for Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade, replacing V. Radha, IAS (MH:1994).

Vikas Anand, IAS (UT:2002), has been appointed as CEO (JS level) of National Land Monetization Corporation (NLMC) under the Department of Public Enterprises, for a five-year tenure until February 16, 2028.

Rajesh Lakhani, IAS (TN:1992), has been appointed as Commissioner (JS level) of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) under the Department of School Education & Literacy, replacing Vinayak Garg, IRSEE (1995).

Shankari Murali, ICAS (1991), has been appointed as Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor at Department of Space, replacing M. Maheshwar Rao, IAS (KN:1995). The post has been temporarily downgraded from Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor level.

Manish Thakur, IAS (AM:1998), has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, replacing R. Jaya, IAS (TN:1995).
