Govt appoints Tamanna Sinha (IES) as Deputy Secretary in Central Vigilance Commission

Tamanna Sinha (IES) has been selected for the appointment as Deputy Secretary in Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) on Wednesday

New Delhi: Tamanna Sinha (IES) has been selected for the appointment as Deputy Secretary in Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) on Wednesday. She is an Indian Economics Service (IES) officer of 2012-batch.

According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Sinha has been appointed under the Central Staffing Scheme for a tenure of four years from the date she assumes charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

She was recommended for Central deputation by the Department of Economic Affairs. The order further directed that she be relieved of her current responsibilities to take up the new assignment in New Delhi.
