Govt approves multiple JS, DS and Director level appointments

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved multiple Joint Secretary, Deputy Secretary and Director level appointment in various Govt Departments

New Delhi: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved multiple Joint Secretary, Deputy Secretary and Director level appointment in various Govt Departments. Here is the list of newly appointed officers:

Ravi Shanakar (IAS) has been appointed as Director in the Department of Food & Public Distribution. He has been appointed to the post under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of five years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Rakesh Kumar Meena (IRSS) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade (TSU). He has been appointed to the post for a tenure up to March 31, 2025 (i.e till TSU is functional), which is further extendable upto admissible tenure under the Central Staffing Scheme or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Ramesh Kumar Verma (ITradeS) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Promotion of Industry & Internal. He has been appointed to the post for a tenure upto March 31, 2025 (i.e till TSU is functional), which is further extendable up to admissible tenure under the Central Staffing Scheme or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Subhash Chandra Karol (ITS) has been appointed as Director in the Department of Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade (TSU). He has been appointed to the post for a tenure upto March 31, 2025 (i.e till TSU is functional), which is further extendable up to admissible tenure under the Central Staffing Scheme or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Ravi Kiran (IDAS) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade (TSU). She has been appointed to the post for a tenure upto March 31, 2025 (i.e till TSU is functional), which is further extendable upto admissible tenure under the Central Staffing Scheme or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
