Isha (IAS) appointed as Director in MoHUA

The Central Government has approved the appointment of Isha (IAS) as Director in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) on Tuesday

New Delhi: IAS officer Isha has been appointed as Director in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA). According to an order issued from the Department of Personnel & Training on July 18, the Central Government has approved her appointment for the post on Tuesday.

She has been appointed to the post under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of five years with effect from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Isha is a 2009-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of Punjab cadre. Presently, she is posted in her home cadre. “She may kindly be relieved of her duties immediately with instructions to take up her new assignment in the Ministry of Housing Affairs,” the order further read.
