New Delhi: Kranti E Khobragade (IRS) has been selected for the appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Public Enterprises under the Ministry of Heavy Industries. According to an order issued from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), she has been appointed to the post under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over change of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Khobragade is an Indian Revenue Service (IRS) service officer of 2011-batch. He was recommended for the central deputation by the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance. She may kindly be relieved of her duties immediately with instructions to take up her new assignment in the Department of Enterprises.
