Mukul Mohan, Abhinandan Mishra appointed Joint Advisors in NDMA

The Govt has appointed Mukul Mohan and Abhinandan Kumar Mishra as Joint Advisors in the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA)

New Delhi: The Government has appointed Mukul Mohan and Abhinandan Kumar Mishra as Joint Advisors in the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) under the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Mohan, an Indian Railway Stores Service (IRSS) officer of the 2007 batch, has been appointed as Joint Advisor (Mitigation Project and Procurement), while Mishra, an Indian Defence Service of Engineers (IDSE) officer of the 2012 batch, will serve as Joint Advisor (Mitigation Project).

Both officers were recommended for Central deputation by their respective parent departments—Ministry of Railways and Department of Defence. Their appointments are for a tenure of five years from the date of assuming charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

They have been directed to be relieved of their current duties immediately to take up their new assignments at NDMA in New Delhi.
