IAS officer Nand Kumarum has been appointed as Deputy Director (Senior) at Director-level in the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie

New Delhi: Nand Kumarum has been appointed as Deputy Director (Senior) at Director-level in the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie. According to an order from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Kumarum has been appointed to the post under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of five years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever event takes place earlier.

Kumarum is a 2008-batch IAS officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre. Presently, he is serving as Managing Director of MP State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd.

Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) is a civil service training institute on public policy and public administration in India. The academy's main purpose is to train civil servants of the IAS cadre and also conduct the Foundation Course of Group-A Central Civil Services.
