The Government of India has appointed Neha Gupta (IRPS) appointed as Director in the Department of Justice

New Delhi: The Government of India has appointed Neha Gupta (IRPS) appointed as Director in the Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice, Govt of India. Her appointment is under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of five years from the date of assuming charge or until further orders, whichever comes earlier.

Gupta is a 2010-batch officer of the Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) of Indian Railways.

The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) issued the appointment order on August 6, following a recommendation by the Ministry of Railways. The Railway Board has been requested to relieve Ms. Gupta immediately to enable her to take up her new assignment without delay.
