Power Secretary gets additional charge as MoRTH Secretary

The Central Government has assigned the additional charge of the post of Secretary of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways to Ministry of Power's Secretary Pankaj Agrawal

New Delhi: The Central Government has approved the assignment of additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, to Pankaj Agrawal (IAS).

Agrawal is a 1992-batch IAS officer of Madhya Pradsh cadre and currently serving as the Secretary of the Ministry of Power. He will assume this role following the relinquishment of the post by Anurag Jain (IAS).

Agrawal will be holding the additional charge of the post until the appointment of a regular incumbent or further orders, whichever comes first.
