The Central Government has approved the appointment of Ragul K (IAS) as Regional Director of Staff Selection Commission (SSC), South Southern Region, Chennai

New Delhi: The Central Government has approved the appointment of Ragul K (IAS) as Regional Director of Staff Selection Commission (SSC), South Southern Region, Chennai on Friday.

According to an order issued from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Ragul has been appointed as Regional Director of SSC, Chennai at Deputy Secretary Level under the Central Staffing Scheme under the Department of Personnel & Training on deputation basis for a period of four years with effect from the date of assumption of charges of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Ragul is a 2012-batch Indian Administrative Service Officer (IAS) of Sikkim cadre. Presently, he is posted as in home cadre.
