Raj Priy Singh (IFoS) has been selected for the appointment as Director in Department of Rural Development

New Delhi: Raj Priy Singh (IFoS) has been selected for the appointment as Director in the Department of Rural Development under the Ministry of Rural Development. According to an order issued from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Singh has been selected for the appointment under the Central Staffing Scheme (CSS) for a period with effect from the date of taking over charge of the post until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Singh is an Indian Forest Service (IFoS) of 2010-batch. He was recommended for the Central deputation by the Ministry of Environment Forest & Climate Change. “He may kindly be relieved of his duties immediately with instructions to take up his new assignment in the Department of Rural Development,” the DoPT order further added.
