Shreya Bhardwaj (IOFS) appointed as DS in Department of Higher Education

New Delhi: Shreya Bhardwaj (IOFS) has been selected for appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Higher Education under the Ministry of Education. According to an order issued from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) issued on December 15, he has been appointed under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever event takes place earlier.

Bhardwaj is an Indian Ordnance Factories Service (IOFS) officer of the 2012 batch. He was recommended for Central deputation by the Department of Defence Production. "She may kindly be relieved of her duties immediately with instructions to take up her new assignment in the Department of Higher Education," the order further read.
