New Delhi: The Government of India has approved the assignment of additional charge of the post of Secretary of the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) to V Srinivas (IAS). Srinivas is a 1989-batch IAS officer of Rajasthan cadre and is currently serving as Secretary of Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, and Department of Pensions and Pensioners Welfare.
The additional charge has been assigned to Srinivas for a brief period, from December 20, to December 25. This arrangement comes in light of the leave of Tuhin Kanta Pandey (IAS) (OR:1987), who currently holds the position of Secretary, DoPT.
