Yuvraj Ravindra Patil (IRTS) has been appointed as Director in the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT)

New Delhi: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the recommendation of the Civil Services Board (CSB) for the appointment of Yuvraj Ravindra Patil (IRTS), as Director in the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) under the Central Staffing Scheme.

Patil is an Indian Railways Traffic Service (IRTS) officer of the 2012 batch. Currently, he is serving as Director in the Lokpal under the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).

He has been appointed to DPIIT on a lateral shift basis.

According to an order issued from the Department of Personnel & Traning (DoPT), Patil appointment will be for a tenure up to March 15, 2027, which represents the balance period of his five-year deputation tenure under the Central Staffing Scheme at the Director level, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
