Adani Green Energy subsidiary gets a 450 MW wind power project from SECI

Adani Green Energy owned Adani Renewable Energy Holding Fifteen secured the Letter of Award (LOA) for setting up a 450 Megawatt wind power project

New Delhi: Adani Renewable Energy Holding Fifteen (AREHF), a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has secured the Letter of Award (LOA) for setting up a 450-megawatt wind power project from Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI).

In a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges, AGEL informed that Adani Renewable Energy Holding Fifteen had participated in a tender issued by SECI for setting up a 1,200 MW ISTS-connected wind power project (Tranche-XI) and has received the Letter of Award (LOA) for setting up 450 MW wind power project under this tender.

"The fixed tariff for this project capacity is Rs. 2.70/ kWh for a period of 25 years, the company added.

With this, AGEL now has a total renewable energy project portfolio of 20,284 MWac capacity, out of which 5,410 MWac projects are operational, 5,724 MWac projects are under construction and 9,150 MWac projects are near construction.
