Adani group gets LOA from NHAI to build four lane highway in Telangana

Adani Road Transport Ltd (ARTL) has received a Letter of Award from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for four laning of NH-365A from Kodad to Khammam in Telangana

New Delhi: Adani Road Transport Ltd (ARTL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, has received a Letter of Award from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for making NH-365A from Kodad to Khammam in Telangana a four-lane highway. This four-laning of NH-365A from Kodad (Design Km 0.00/Existing Km 185.00 of NH-65) to Khammam (Design Km 31.800/ Existing Km 29.400) (Design Length = 31.800 Km) in the state of Telangana will be constructed under Bharatmala Pariyojana on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), the company said in a regulatory filing to the stock exchange on Thursday.

The Adani Group company's bid project cost is Rs 1,039.90 crore and the length of the project is 31.800 kilometers. The construction period is 2 year and the operation period is 15 years.

With this project award, Adani Group will have a total of eight NHAI road projects under HAM and Toll-Operate-Transfer (TOT) in the states of Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Kerala and Gujarat," the company further added.

Adani Road Transport Ltd (ARTL), is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL). The company was incorporated with an objective to carry out the business of construction, operation and maintenance of roads, highways, expressways.
