CSR Watch: NHPC hands over 5 patrolling vehicles to Haryana Police

NHPC Limited has provided 5 patrolling vehicles (Maruti Suzuki Ertiga VXI) to Haryana Police, Faridabad under its CSR initiative

New Delhi: NHPC Limited has provided 5 patrolling vehicles (Maruti Suzuki Ertiga VXI) to Haryana Police, Faridabad under its CSR initiative. The vehicles were flagged off from NHPC Corporate Office, Faridabad by NHPC Limited's Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) AK Singh and Police Commissioner of Faridabad Vikas Kumar Arora (IPS) on Friday.

On this occasion, Director (Technical) YK Chaubey, Director (Projects) Biswajit Basu, Chief Vigilance Officer AK Srivastava from NHPC and DCP (Faridabad) Nitish Aggarwal (IPS),  ACP (Faridabad) Devender Kumar from Haryana Police were also present. Senior officers from NHPC and Haryana Police were also present on the occasion.

The vehicles have been provided by NHPC Limited for patrolling and maintenance of Law & Order that aims to provide effective policing and better protection of vulnerable members of society, especially women, children & senior citizens.
