NTPC Vindhyachal concludes electric motor rewinding training under CSR initiative

New Delhi: Reinforcing its commitment to inclusive growth and community empowerment, NTPC Vindhyachal has successfully concluded a 30-day Electric Motor Rewinding and Service Training Programme under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives at the Union Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI), Singrauli.

The training programme equipped 35 youth with practical and industry-relevant skills aimed at promoting sustainable self-employment and livelihood opportunities. The initiative is aligned with NTPC Vindhyachal’s broader objective of fostering skill development and enhancing employability among local communities.

The valedictory programme was attended by NTPC Vindhyachal Executive (CSR) Nikhil Jaiswal along with Lead District Manager (LDM), Singrauli Ranjit Kumar, and RSETI's Director Vijay Kumar. Addressing the trainees, the dignitaries underscored the importance of continuous learning, discipline and effective time management as essential elements for entrepreneurial success.

Speaking on the occasion, Nikhil Jaiswal highlighted that self-employment not only empowers individuals but also plays a significant role in strengthening the local economy. He noted that such initiatives reflect NTPC Vindhyachal’s sustained efforts to nurture skilled, confident and self-reliant communities through focused CSR interventions.
