New Delhi: REC Foundation, the CSR arm of REC Limited, has sponsored ATDC's "Employment Linked Vocation Training" for the underprivileged. The program will benefit 1100 people and would be conducted in 14 states Pan-India at ATDC centers.

On easing of the lockdown restrictions, REC Foundation's CEO Dr SN Srinivas inaugurated the program and distributed the tool kits to the students at Apparel Training & Design Centre (ATDC) center Dwarka, New Delhi on so that students can start their practical training on industrial machines.

The main objective of this project is to be able to provide practical training on industrial machines to the needy. By upskilling and training them, they will become employable and hence be able to seek a job for their livelihood.
