New Delhi: SBI Foundation, the CSR arm of the State Bank of India, has announced the launch of the SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2026 to provide financial assistance to over 25,000 students.

With a budget outlay of Rs 100 crore, the programme will provide annual scholarships ranging from Rs 15,000 to Rs 15 lakh for students from economically disadvantaged families, SBI said in a statement.
"We believe every deserving student should get an equal opportunity to pursue quality education and realise their aspirations, irrespective of financial circumstances. By expanding access to quality education across diverse academic pathways, we are nurturing the next generation of leaders, innovators and professionals who will drive India's growth and global competitiveness," SBI Chairman C S Setty said.
