SJVN donates an ambulance to Red Cross Society of Himachal Pradesh

SJVN CMD handed over the keys of a well-equipped ambulance to the Governor of Himachal Pradesh and the President of the State Red Cross Society in a function organised at Raj Bhawan, Shimla

New Delhi: SJVN Limited's Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) Nand Lal Sharma handed over the keys of a well-equipped ambulance to the Governor of Himachal Pradesh Bandaru Dattatreya and the President of the State Red Cross Society in a function organised at Raj Bhawan, Shimla.

The Governor further handed over the keys to Dr Sadhna Thakur wife of Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh and Chairperson, State Red Cross Hospital Welfare Branch. The ambulance will be used for the benefit of incumbents of Himachal Hospital of Mental Health and Rehabilitation Shimla, which is a state-level hospital catering to the mental health needs of the people of Himachal Pradesh.

On the occasion, Sharma informed that SJVN has always been at the forefront as a responsible Corporate Citizen in empowering communities and stretching caring hands for those in need.
