BDL Director (Finance) Nuka Srinivasulu assumes additional charge of CMD post

Nuka Srinivasulu has assumed additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL)

New Delhi: Nuka Srinivasulu, who is currently serving as Director (Finance) of Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), has assumed additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the company. BDL is a Miniratna Category - 1 Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence.

Srinivasulu, during his illustrious career spanning over 27 years in BDL, has steered the Finance and Human Resources functions and has played an instrumental role in policy formulation and organisational growth.

He has played a key role in coordinating with anchor investors for the maiden IPO of the company, implementation of Indian Accounting Standards, Treasury Management, Taxation and Budgetary Control.

He has closely monitored the progress of implementation of corporate social responsibilities (CSR) of the company in compliance with guidelines laid down by the Department of Public Enterprise. He has also supervised effective execution of several projects in aspirational districts identified by NITI Ayog, as a part of CSR activities.

He has served BDL in various capacities, prior to which, he has worked for about six years in other companies. He is a Bachelor in Commerce and an MBA in Finance from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
