RRP Defense said the MEPRO X6 Day Sight will be manufactured entirely in India with a targeted 100 percent indigenous content, enabled through a technology transfer agreement signed with Meprolight, Israel.
Commenting on the development, Rajendra Chodankar, Founder and Chairman of RRP Group of Companies, said the partnership has enabled the company to acquire the technology, manufacturing expertise and exclusive rights to produce the MEPRO X6 for the Indian market, thereby strengthening India's self-reliance in advanced weapon sighting systems.
