BEL bags additional orders worth Rs 1,081 crore

New Delhi: State-owned defence electronics major Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has secured additional orders worth Rs 1,081 crore since its last disclosure on May 25, further strengthening its order book.

In a statement issued on Monday, the Navratna Defence Public Sector Undertaking said the fresh contracts comprise a range of defence and strategic equipment, including communication systems, radars, CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear) protection systems, seekers, avionics, upgrades, spares and services.
