BEL bags additional orders worth Rs 847 crore

New Delhi: Navratna Defence Public Sector Undertaking Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) on Friday said that it has secured additional orders worth Rs 847 crore since its last disclosure on July 13.

According to the company, the fresh orders include contracts for electro-optics systems, Security Operations Centre (SOC), seekers, components, spares and various services.

However, BEL has not disclosed the names of the customers or entities that placed these orders.

BEL, a leading defence electronics company under the Ministry of Defence, continues to expand its portfolio through the supply of advanced defence systems, electronics, communication equipment and lifecycle support services for the Indian Armed Forces and other customers.
