Bengaluru: The employees of Navratna Defence PSU, Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) have contributed an amount of Rs 45.6 lakhs to the Kerala Chief Minister's Relief Fund for relief work in flood-hit areas of Kerala.

BEL's Director (HR) Shivakumaran KM and BEL's Director (Finance) Koshy Alexander handed over the cheque for Rs. 45,60,000/- (Rupees Forty-Five Lakhs Sixty Thousand only) to Chief Minister of Kerala Pinarayi Vijayan at Thiruvananthapuram on Thursday.

Earlier, BEL had also contributed Rs 1.
