BEL, Metamind and Persistent Systems joints hands to offer AI-driven software solutions

BEL has entered into a tripartite MoU with Metamind and Persistent Systems to jointly develop and deliver AI driven software products, solutions and service

New Delhi: Navratna Defence PSU Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) on Tuesday said that that in has into a tripartite MoU with Metamind and Persistent Systems to jointly develop and deliver AI driven software products, solutions and service.

According to an official statement, BEL in collaboration with Metamind Systems and Persistent Systems will jointly develop and deliver innovative software products, solutions and service offerings in the domains of Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Cyber Security across sectors such as Aerospace & Defence, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Energy, Smart Cities and other technology-driven industries.

"The partnership will focus on collaborating and exploring business opportunities in India, the United States (US) and Latin America (LATAM)," it added

The tripartite MoU has been signed by BEL's Executive Director (Software) Durga GK, Metamind Systems' Director Hrishikesh Kinikar; and Persistent Systems Limited's Chief Delivery Officer Rajesh Gharpure in the presence of BEL's Director (Bengaluru Complex) Rajnish Sharma and BEL's Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) Manoj Jain.
