The MoU, signed in Bengaluru, aims to jointly develop solutions in key areas such as cyber security, electronic warfare and avionics, semiconductors, and data centres, among others.

Under the agreement, the three companies will leverage their complementary strengths, BEL’s manufacturing capabilities and market reach, Metamind’s expertise in strategic government relations and project management, and Kristellar’s advanced research and development and systems engineering capabilities, to deliver scalable and technologically advanced solutions.

The collaboration is expected to enhance competitiveness, mitigate execution risks and maximise long-term value of projects undertaken by the partners, the company said.

The partnership also seeks to strengthen indigenous capabilities in line with the Government of India’s ‘Make in India’ initiative and promote Mission Atmanirbhar Bharat. The companies will focus on development, manufacturing and supply of aerospace and defence systems, electronic modules and sub-systems, as well as semiconductor technologies and data centre solutions.
