BEL receives orders worth Rs 2,282.06 crores from Indian Navy

BEL has signed a contract for a value of Rs 2,167.47 crores with the Indian Navy for the supply of indigenously designed and developed EW suite for use onboard warship

New Delhi: Navaratna Defence PSU Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) on Tuesday said that it has signed a contract for a value of Rs 2,167.47 crores (Plus taxes) with the Indian Navy for supply of state-of-the-art, indigenously designed and developed EW suite for use onboard warship. This EW suite is a big leap for BEL’s Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiative.

The company has also received additional orders worth Rs.114.59 Crs since the last disclosure on 30th January 2024 and these orders pertain to the supply of SDRs, HD VLF receivers, EVMs, etc.

With the above, BEL has received cumulative orders of Rs.30,776.06 Crs in the current financial year.
