BEL receives orders worth Rs 531 crores

BEL has secured additional orders worth Rs 531 crores since the last disclosure on January 13

New Delhi: Navratna Defence Public Sector Undertaking Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) on Tuesday said that it has secured additional orders worth Rs 531 crores since the last disclosure on January 13.

Major orders include advanced Composite Communication System for ship, Communication equipment, Medical Electronics, Electro Optics, Active Radar Homing Head for missiles, Class Room Jammers, Spares, Services, etc. With these orders, BEL has now accumulated orders totalling Rs 10,893 Crores in the current financial year.

However, the DPSU has not disclosed the party, who placed the latest order, in its official statement.

Previously, BEL had announced the receipt of orders valued at Rs. 561 crore on January 13.
