BEL receives orders worth Rs 596 crore

New Delhi: Navratna defence public sector undertaking Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has secured additional orders worth Rs 596 crore since its last disclosure on January 1, the company said on Thursday.

The fresh orders include drone detection and jamming systems, mobile communication terminals, software solutions, as well as upgrades, spares, and services, further strengthening BEL’s order book.

BEL continues to play a key role in supporting India’s defence and security requirements through indigenously developed, state-of-the-art electronic systems and solutions.
