BEL signs multiple MoUs to strengthen capabilities

New Delhi: Navratna Defence PSU Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) has signed MoUs with multiple organisations on Friday to strengthen its capabilities and create an enabling environment for defence manufacturing. The defence PSU has signed MoUs with Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVNL/AVANI), Advanced Weapons and Equipment India Limited (AWEIL), Truecom Networks Private Limited, IIT Madras and IITM Pravartak Technologies Foundation.

BEL signs JDA with IIT Madras

BEL has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM) for cooperation in the field of Quantum Science and Technology. The JDA aims at leveraging the complementary strengths and capabilities of BEL and IITM in the area of Quantum Science Technology development.

BEL signs MoU with IITM Pravartak Technologies Foundation

BEL has signed an MoU with IITM Pravartak Technologies Foundation for cooperation in the field of Distributed Acoustic Sensing. The MoU aims at leveraging the complementary strengths and capabilities of BEL and IITM to develop the technology of Distributed Acoustic Sensing. It will also enable BEL and IITM in addressing future business in perimeter security domain.

BEL signs MoU with AVNL (AVANI)

BEL has signed an MoU with Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVNL/AVANI) to jointly address the requirements of Indian Defence and Export markets. The MoU aims at leveraging the complementary strengths and capabilities of BEL and AVNL (AVANI) to address domestic and export opportunities in the areas of Combat Vehicles, Main Battle Tanks (MBTs), Infantry Fighting Vehicles (IFVs), Armored Fighting Vehicles (AFVs) and related systems.

BEL signs MoU with AWEIL

BEL has signed an MoU with Advanced Weapons and Equipment India Limited (AWEIL), a Defence PSU, to jointly address the requirements of Indian Defence and Export markets. The MoU aims at leveraging the complementary strengths and capabilities of BEL and AWEIL to address domestic and export opportunities in the areas of Air Defence, Artillery Gun Systems, Medium Caliber Weapons, Small Arms and related systems.

BEL signs MoU with Truecom Networks Pvt Ltd

BEL has signed an MoU with Truecom Networks Private Limited for co-operation in the field of Field Wireless System (FWS). The MoU aims at leveraging the complementary strengths and capabilities of BEL and Truecom Networks Private Limited to pursue business prospects in the area of Field Wireless System.
