Board of Directors of MIDHANI approves interim dividend for FY2022-23

The board of directors of MIDHANI has approved declaration of interim dividend at Rs 1.68 per equity share at the rate of 16.8%

New Delhi: State-owned MIDHANI said in a regulatory filing on Wednesday that the board of directors has approved declaration of interim dividend at Rs 1.68 per equity share at the rate of 16.8 percent of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2022-23. The board took this decision in a meeting which was held on Wednesday, it added.

Further, the filing also noted that the record date fixed for the payment of interim dividend is March 23.
