New Delhi: The Ministry of Defence has entrusted the additional charge of Director (Finance) of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE) to Cmde Hari PR, IN (Retd.), who is currently serving as the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of the company.
As per the communication received from the Ministry of Defence dated May 14, 2025, Cmde Hari P R will hold the additional responsibility for a period of three months starting from June 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025, or until a regular appointment is made, or until further orders—whichever is earlier.
The announcement was made by GRSE through a regulatory filing on Thursday.
GRSE is one of India's leading shipbuilding companies under the administrative control of the Ministry of Defence, engaged in building and repairing naval and coast guard ships for the Indian Navy and other clients.
