MIDHANI declares financial results for Q1 FY 2022-23

MIDHANI has achieved a turnover of Rs 114.93 crore during the 1st quarter (Q1) ended on June 30, 2022 registering a growth of 0.77 percent

New Delhi: Miniratna Defence PSU Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI) has achieved a turnover of Rs 114.93 Crore during the 1st quarter (Q1) ended on June 30, 2022 registering a growth of 0.77 percent against the turnover of Rs 114.05 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

The value of production (VoP) during the quarter ended June 30, 2022, stood at Rs 233.67 crore with a growth of 91.46 percent against the value of production (VoP) of Rs 122.05 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (Q1 FY'22).

Profit Before Tax (PBT) of Rs 23.40 crore during the quarter ended June 30, 2022, against the profit before tax of Rs 25.06 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs 17.70 crore during the quarter ended June 30, 2022, against the profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 18.81 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

The Board of Directors of MIDHANI had approved an interim dividend of Rs 1.56 per equity share on March 14, 2022. Further, the Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.54 per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2022. The total dividend (including interim dividend) for the financial year 2021-22 is Rs 3.10 per equity share.

The order book position of the company as of July 1, 2022, stood at Rs 1,358.92 crore.
