New Delhi: MG Balasubrahmanya is set to be next Director (Human Resources) of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence. He has been recommended for the post by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) Panel on Saturday. Presently, he is serving as Executive Director (Human Resources) in the same organisation.
Balasubrahmanya has been recommended for the post of Director (HR) of HAL from a list of 10 candidates, who were interviewed by the PESB Selection Panel in its 12th Selection Meeting of 2025, held on February 8. Out of 10 candidates, two candidates were from HAL, two from Indian Oil, two from Indian Railways and one each from National Textile Corporation Limited (NTCL), Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) and Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL).
