Sudhakar TN assumes additional charge as CMD of Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL)

GSL Director (Finance) Sudhakar TN has assumed additional charge as Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL) with effect from May 1

New Delhi: Sudhakar TN has taken over additional charge as Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL) with effect from May 1. He has taken over the charge of the post upon demitting of office of the former GSL CMD Cmde BB Nagpal on April 30. Sudhakar is currently serving as Director (Finance) in the Miniratna Defence PSU.

Sudhakar is a Post Graduate in Commerce and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He started his career with Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited (BHEL), EPD, Bangalore. After serving BHEL for two years he joined Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL). He has held various positions in the Finance Wing of CSL and was in the service of CSL for 28 years. Prior to leaving CSL, he was working as General Manager (Finance). He left CSL and joined Goa Shipyard Ltd (GSL) on February 1, 2016, as Director (Finance).
